Condition: the finely pierced minute hand is original; hour hand is replaced. The clock movement is a nice early crown verge, 30 hour, key wound through the dial near 2. The porcelain dial has chips around the perimeter, but none are showing with the hinged bezel closed. The bronze horse and soldier retain original patina in very good condition, with only minor wear through the brown at spots where a hand has grasped it repeatedly. 90 years later these were made in greater numbers, but these earlier examples are hard to find. Diameter of dial = 2" [5cm]
