Condition: basically sound for what is there. This clock was found in a Long Island attic, and was wrapped up since 1958 (written note on rear). The original label is very good to excellent and the dial, despite some dirt is just wonderful. The lower molding has some abrasion on one end, but is restorable. The backboard has a dry split, typical. The large, roller pinion movement needs a verge, and is virtually the same as the movement pictured in Ken Robert's book on Ives, pages 82-85. Original seaboard is intact. Carved paw feet intact. Diameter of dial = 10.7" Height 28.8" [73cm]
