Condition: the porcelain dial has chips at the outer edge, near 8 and above 12, minor chip at winding hole. The minute hand is original; hour hand an old replacement. The grid style compensating pendulum is in fair condition, with a bad crease along the top right edge, and other smaller scratches. These pendulums and bobs turn up from time to time, and a replacement could be found with some diligent searching.
