Condition: the problem that needs addressing is that the bottom 6" bracket is new, and not made to the profile shown in the catalog. A good cabinet maker could help solve this. The balance of the case has been refinished with varnish to a med brown color. The original paper over tin dial is discolored and stained, however reproductions of this dial are available. Original beat scale, pendulum and hands pulley intact; pend stick has been repaired. Seems to tick fine. For reference see Ly's New Haven book, page 141, fig 535; Ly price guide is $1850.
