C.1875, E. Howard and Co., "Regulator No. 12", wall clock in walnut, with a C.1875 purpose made special order base, that allows the clock to stand as a floor clock (May still be displayed as a wall model; hanger is still in place, as is the original bottom, which nests into the base. Condition: overall excellent original condition: movement, tablet and pendulum stick w/ original gold leaf, and mercury filled cut glass jar, all in excellent original condition. (note we are not allowed to have the mercury jar in the hall, it will be in a vehicle outside). See detail foto showing original beat scale and walnut support [walnut w/ repairs]. Note also 2 stretchers have been added with screws to the rear of the upper case, and can be removed if desired. One item that keeps this from being outstanding, is a paint flake near the numeral 12.
