The clock is not signed, but has a sticker in it from the maker, it is a one owner from the estate of Ethel M. Phillips. Seymour Hall died in 1999 and was a contemporary of both Elmer Stennes and Foster Campos, and supplied case components to them. The weight in this clock is actually signed Elmer O. Stennes, and pendulum marked ES as well. The Movement is a signed E. Howard, pinned plate with the number "70". This clock is well made, clean, and is in good running order. Height 41 inches
