Condition: minor roughness on sharp edges of onyx. The statue itself, a young boy at play with a stick and rings is outstanding, and marked with the signature of the original French artist, Aug. Moreau, and inscribed on the rear of the clock ball: "Till Harald, Den 18/6 1930, Fran: David Och Hjalmar". Movement is in running order; moon hands are original, serial No. 1,848,210, and with Lenzkirch logo. For the person who appreciates fine art. Bolin were the court jewelers in Russia until 1917 and moved to Sweden thereafter; they are still in business today at Sturegatan 6, Stockholm. Exceptional quality, prominently signed.
