Condition: the well made detent movement has spotted plates, compensating balance, has been recently cleaned and is running briskly. Silvered dial is engraved with the company's name. The plain mahogany box is original to the movement, and bears the Marine Eqpt retailers name: "Johan Gulbransen, Tollbodgt. 4, Oslo, Norway, No. 24189". Note this box has repairs and scratches, but shows no sign that it ever had a top lid [no vacant hinge nor latch holes]. Height 7 inches
