Condition: except for some minor oxidation on the dial, this clock is in excellent original condition, the only thing that keep sit from being outstanding is part of the carved wreath on the bottom is lacking. This clock was an upgrade from the original No. 22 introduced in 1896, a change to resonant iron bells and the addition of the patent wooden "echo chamber" which complements the resonating feature of the bells. What you have is a tall clock with the tone of a Sonora chime mantel clock.
