C.1825, E. Terry and Sons, Plymouth, Conn., 30-hour time/strike wood movement pillar and scroll shelf clock. Condition: Mahogany veneered case in very good condition with an old finish. Small piece of the half-round molding on the top left is missing. The tips of the scrolls have been replaced. Original painted dial has some stress cracks in the paint. Hands are original. Tablet is original, but someone has done a poor job trying to repair the painting. Rear dust cover is missing. Original gold leaf borders are pretty much intact. Hollow brass finials are old replacements and are stamped "England". Label is good with some losses [printed area is all intact]. Proper Terry movement. Ht. 29"
