Condition: Mahogany veneered oak case in pretty good condition with original finish. Case retains original access doors. Someone in the past cut a rectangular hole in the top that is now covered over by a thin piece of veneer, that is coming loose. Original dial has been repainted by Dana Blackwell, and reads, "Skelton, 43 St. Martin's Lane, London" Hands are original. Although it fits nicely, the spun brass bezel is a modern replacement. Heavy chain drive fusee movement has large shouldered pillars and robust construction. . Ht. 14"
