C.1880, French, Japy Freres, 8-day time and bell strike figural mantel clock, under dome, case signed PH Mourey on rear, and with date 7/78. Condition: Cast spelter and sheet metal gilded case in good condition, except the right side trim broke off and Dana has soft soldered it in place. Original porcelain dial is perfect and the hands are original. Movement is signed with Japy logo, clean and running Old French dome must be worth the estimate.
