painted tin dial with brass surround advertising Bailly Watch Co./Cleveland,, Roman on chapter ring, outer minute ring marked with ticks, every 5 minutes with triangle, seconds dial above center with Arabic every 10 seconds, 8-day time only weight driven brass works, set in cast iron mounting frame, brass faced pendulum, cherry case with reeded door, cove moulding at base with drop plinths with turned finials at each corner, matching drop in center rear and bull's-eye rosette center front, crest with gallery with matching plinths and finials, 8.5" x 19.5" x 67.5" high.
