enameled dial with brass surround, Roman on chapter ring, outer minute ring marked with ticks, every 5 minutes marked with dots and every quarter hour with bold tick, 8-day time-only weight driven brass European (Swiss) movement, housed in steel boxed case with side doors, period brass and steel lyre-form pendulum and weights, walnut case with arched top door, side lights, ogee base with 3 drop finials and crest with broken arch with 3 turned finials, 10.2" x 21.5" x 79" high. Maker uncertain, but it is American. Condition report Refinished, crest and all finals replaced, extensive touch-up on dial, currently running. We do not guarantee working order of clocks.
