porcelain dial with open escapement, marked with A in square, inside of circle Ansonia trade mark, Roman on chapter ring, outer minute ring marked with ticks, diamonds every 5 minutes, brass surround has been drilled and inset with rhinestones, brass 8-day time and strike movement Ansonia Patent/New York with trademark, brass frame with ormolu mounts, beveled glass on all 4 sides with doors both front and rear, porcelain top and base in green and gilt with yellow ground, top with central finial and turned ivory corner brackets, base with paw feet with scrolled knees, 7.75" x 9" x 18". Condition report The 4 ivory corner mounts on top are a replacement for the cut-out and missing porcelain corner brackets, central finial with replaced brass ball finial, the brass dial surround has been further decorated with inset ring of rhinestones, incorrect pendulum, currently running. We do not guarantee working order of clocks.
