Ingraham Co. over tin with brass surround, Roman on chapter ring with outer minute ring marked with ticks, triangles every 5 minutes, with 8-day time and strike spring driven brass movement, pressed wood case, in original finish, crest with shoulder-length uniformed portrait of Dewey (large mustache version) with feather surround, flanked by crossed flags above stacked cannon balls, all resting on plinth, sides with field artillery and stacked cannon balls and base with large stars alternating with anchors, all in original old cleaned varnish finish, gilt decorated tablet with battleship, U.S. flags and crossed swords, with original cast patriotic pendulum, 15" x 4.8" x 23" high.
