ca 1895, with enameled dial, Roman on chapter ring, outer minute ring marked with ticks, every 5 minutes bold, with stamped brass surround, 8-day time only brass weight driven European (Swiss) movement, housed in steel boxed case with doors on each side, lyre-form brass pendulum, oak case with reeding surround on doors with applied turned rosettes, with side lights, base with reeded drop plinths with ball finials and arched center with matching turned rosettes, crest with carved leaf-form broken arch with central plinth, capped with ball finial, flanked by dome top turned columns with stick and ball center, above cove molding, 11.5" x 26" x 84" high.
