Admiral Dewey Ingraham Pressed Oak Shelf Clock, with key wind 8-day time and strike-spring driven brass movement, printed paper dial with Roman numerals, pressed oak case in cleaned original finish, crest with shoulder-length uniformed portrait of Dewey (large mustache version) with feather surround, flanked by crossed flags above stacked cannon balls, all resting on plinth, sides with field artillery and stacked cannon balls and base with large stars alternating with anchors, all in original old cleaned varnish finish, gilt decorated tablet with battleship, U.S. flags and crossed swords, 15" x 4.8" x 23" high.
