8-day time and strike, spring-driven, probably designed by Japy Freres. Cloisonne enamel frame, bezel and mercury pendulum, ca 1900-20, beautifully decorated porcelain dial marked Frank Herschede's Cincinnati. Cloisonne is likely done by Japy Brothers. 6" wide x 5" deep x 10" high.EXC.
