Condition: the case has been repainted; top ad for "Jolly Tar - Pastime" is missing. This version with the large bottom glass was made in Montreal in 1887, and the design and process were changed when Baird moved to Plattsburgh.. The Seth Thomas movement is properly marked and original to the case. Dial = this is about the best Montreal dial we have seen, so perhaps someone will buy it for the dial/? Bottom ad glass is new. About 1/3 of label remains. Clean and running. If original, the clock would bring $1500+ Estimate reflects the value of the dial and movement. Height 30.5 inches
