C.1880, French, Bright and Sons, Paris, Double Dial Calendar clock, the calendar in rectangular form below the dial and with phases of the moon showing between the day and date (both penny moon and arrow to age in moon in days), in a Belgian black slate case. Condition: there are some hairline cracks in the top dial at 1, 2 and 9; open escapement and nice original moon hands. Inner circle has no cracks. There is a chip in the rectangular beveled glass for the calendar, left side. There are some small corner chips to the slate, but it is overall good+. Movements are clean and clock is in running order. Height 14 inches
