C.1800, Isaac Brokaw, Bridge Town, (New Jersey), 8-day, 2-wt, mahogany veneered with double string inlay, tall clock. Condition: overall very good condition, with minor restorations. The signed dial is original and excellent; the calendar wheel re-painted. The door has a dry split by the lower hinge; there is a veneer chip and loose veneer on the plinth. Case door locks are original; finals are proper replacements. Bracket feet are original. 2 wooden pulleys are original. This clock stood in the Hoch living room for over 35 years.
