Holden was an agent for Howard and Davis in the Philly area (like Riggs), and purchased unsigned movements and cases to finish at his shop. This is a Howard No. 5 movement (no signature), rear center screw, with iron weight bearing the No. 5, and with Howard style pendulum. Holden used his own "tie down" for the pendulum. The lower tablet retains the original "Eli Holden" in gold leaf. Numerals strengthened over original surface. Height 29 inches
