Condition: overall very good restored condition, the dome a replacement and a little small for the clock. It is relatively clean and seems to run OK. Details on this clock can be found in D. Robert's book Continental and American Skeleton Clocks, pages 102-3, wherein his research shows that although these were introduced at the Great Exhibition of 1851, and are commonly identified by that reference, they were actually produced from 1850 through the 1890s. Height 9 inches
