Condition: the mahogany case retains old finish, made with a broken arch hood, bracket feet and a lower door with applied fluted pilasters. Two lead weights are later, minute hand replaced (cut to match and not obvious), one lower hood molding replaced, top door (with tulips) replaced in 1955. Provenance: Sheldon Hoch purchased this clock at Bourne's Anthony Sposato Sale No. 1, Hyannis, lot 72, Oct 29, '85.
