C.1880, French, Blue Cobalt and Ormolu 3-piece mantle clock set with side urns and lids complete. Condition: there are some losses to the gilding and small trim pearls have been dusted off by the maid; left floral porcelain plaque is loose and will need affixing (no chips). Ormolu trim on the central urn is missing a couple of bits. Otherwise this is a very detailed and well made set with a female bust at 4 corners, wreaths at lower corners and ribbons and swags. Garniture lids show the blue mark of Sevres. Movement has a lever platform, bell striking and is marked simply A.K. All panels are hand painted, but not signed. Height 18 inches
