Condition: wooden dial has some very light scorches at bottom where grandpa was setting the alarm with his candle (still exceptional). Carved splat is missing an upturned leaf on each side. Tablet got broken and has had a clear glass glued over it. (Lee Davis is an expert at these weeping trees if you choose to replace the tablet). Door escutcheon absent. Alarm ratchet separated from arbor; has great original setting disc. Retains wonderful "card" label, original iron weights and old embossed pendulum. Ht 25.5"
