Condition: the tie down was in the bottom of the case because it interfered with the pendulum stud [common]; we put it on and you can take it off again (minor). Movement is properly signed with Howard logo. Weight with cast in "4". Finish on the case is lightly crazed, and near perfect. Tablets original and excellent. Painted dial is xlnt with strong original signature. Overall this is one of the nicest No. 4 we have seen in several years. Ht 32"
