Condition: the dial shows significant restoration, signature perhaps re-lined, and some touch up to the state "New York". We have seen a couple of these "Ives" dials, including in Brooks Palmer and Nutting's "The Clock Book" Small veneer chip lower left, glass installed poorly with too much putty, otherwise this is an excellent example of this model, with good rosewood veneer. Note pony shoe shaped casting under movement from which the nick-name derives; wheels are tinned steel as is proper. Ht 24.8"
