Condition: overall very good to excellent original condition. There is no battery, however 1.5 volts is usually enough to keep this going. The silvered brass dial has some loss of black, but is still excellent. Reading 150 Years of Electric Horology, pages 15-16, will provide complete details on Maurice Philippe Favre-Bulle, who along with Marius Lavet founded Compagnee Gernerale des Appareils Horo-Electrique, which firm produced clocks from 1920 to 1952 in France, and at a British production unit from 1934 until war-time. This early domed "skeleton" model seems to have been most popular in the UK and Australia. Ht 15"
