Condition: the case was refinished around 1902 so it could be given as a gift for Christmas that year. A card that was previously the center "tablet" has the history of the clock hand penned in 1902. The story explains how the yellow paint was scraped off and the clock was then taken to NYC for proper varnishing. (yellow paint is on the sides of the label) This clock has been recently serviced professionally and is in good running order. Note window-shade mirror is intact on dial. Ball feet intact. Ht 37"
