Condition: the case has been refinished and there is some discoloration near 3 o'clock. The dial pan and paint are new, very well done. The tablet is re-painted. Movement has strong Howard signature, and the number "70", however the hour wheel and canon pinion have been replaced . Weight with "70" cast in. Ht 32"
