the movement is setting loose on a shelf screwed to new metal corbels in the case, and is sensitive to position for the door to close. The minute and hour hands are original, but are lacking their chamfered retaining washers (relatively easy to make); seconds hand has been made from a calendar hand, however proper replacements are available from Timesavers. There is a recess on top of the case that originally held batteries; Finish on the golden oak case is original. Ht
