stripped mahogany case needs significant attention to the veneer. Some veneer is missing on the top and the back door. A piece of molding is missing on the side of the base and on each front corner. Brass bezel is missing. Painted dial is original with some wear and very minor loss. Hour hand is original. Minute hand is a replacement. Chain drive fusee movement ticks on time side, but is missing the flwg strike components: the rack, ratchet for the strike side, snail, fusee chain on the strike side, strike hammer and arbor, bell stand, bell and pendulum (all are gone). Half of the fan is broken off. Still a well made piece for the serious restorer. Height 18 inches
