case is excellent with original finish, on small repair at the door knob. Original signed, painted wooden dial with small loss at 1 o'clock, weak signature. Alarm hammer assembly is lacking; barrel, arbor, and ratchet are present. Hour hand is original; minute hand replaced. Original Hartford State House tablet has flaking in the center +total loss of border (can be restored OK). Lacks alarm wt. Height 29 inches
