walnut case in an original finish, but with base board varnished over, and this has deteriorated. Both painted dials are original with some minor loss at the mounting screws. Although both dials are original, someone has gone over the numerals on the time dial, and a couple of the numbers are a little wavy. Hands are original. Original calendar rollers have age darkened. Movement is signed. Height 17 inches
