overall very good original condition, clean and running briskly. There a couple of minor dings in the deck from long ago, and some wear to high spots here and there, but it is overall a very nice example of this model. For details, see D. Roberts' book titled "Mystery, Novelty and Fantasy Clocks", page 255. Note the pendulum is of compound configuration, much like a "swing" clock, with the sailor and wheel above the suspension point, and rod and adjustable weight below the pivot point. Height 11 inches
