Caldwell, Philadelphia, an architectural fantasy with swags, female caryatids and flower adornments, all in cast brass, now polished, and with a porcelain panel dial showing a winged cherub, a plaque below the dial showing a pair of lovers and a ladies' bust on the porcelain urn at top, 8-day time and strike, spring movement. C.1900 the brass case has been polished and lacquered; porcelain bits are in very good condition, and the movement has been cleaned and is running. Note that the rear side of this case is also well finished, uncommon on this style of clock. Height 19 inches
