dial is signed on front for retailer: "Bailey, Banks and Biddle" although the clock was running when we picked it up in Virginia Beach, this is probably a clock that could be bought by a serious tube chime repairman for the various parts. The tension side of the brass tube-string receivers has broken on 3 of the arms; pendulum stick is replaced, and re-repaired, bob and hardware original. Elliott/Durfee weights are good. Height 97.5 inches
