a note with the clock indicates that the current owner added the rocking ship in front of the existing moon dial. Dial and movement are numbered "16". Grain painted pine case is in very nice condition, and all aspects of the dial are excellent. The clock ticked and struck for us here. Note bell will be removed for transport; its' wire mount goes into the top of the plates. Height 87 inches

He made around 40 clocks in his lifetime, including 12 tall clocks and 28 banjo clocks, one of which can be seen in the Winchester, NH Historical Society Museum. A cousin to our tall clock was made especially for the Town of Winchester, and still stands there in the town library. C.1930. a note with the clock indicates that the current owner added the rocking ship in front of the existing moon dial. Dial and movement are numbered "16". Grain painted pine case is in very nice condition, and all aspects of the dial are excellent. The clock ticked and struck for us here. Note bell will be removed for transport; its' wire mount goes into the top of the plates. Height 87 inches
