Seth Thomas Clock Co, C.1870, an incomplete Office Calendar No. 1, now operating as a timepiece, and with a lower tablet of Mt. Vernon. the rosewood veneer on this case is really in exceptional condition....there are a few minor chips on corners, but nothing major, and the overall appearance is excellent. Inside are the stops for and slots for the original Mix Bros patent calendar mov't, however, the once a day cam on the movement and all rods are now absent. Iron weight and pendulum are original. On the front panel is the shadow from a removed ad for Geo, H. Richards, Salesman, Keene, NH. {finish is original} Ht 40"
