Atkins Clock Co., Bristol, Conn, 30-DAY Fusee timepiece with Atkins round movement attached to iron fusee support in a "Drop Octagon XX" case that originally had just a regular 8-day time movement. The movement was changed long ago, and the to glue block been there a long time. A 3/8 inch old pine back has been added for reinforcement. the top glass got cracked in shipment, lower tablet is fine. Strip of ripple molding has been replaced; rosewood case refinished. Clock runs and keeps time. Our estimate is based on the value of the movement alone, which we removed to inspect the case and to take a better foto.
