French, for Tiffany, Circa 1900, 8-day time and gong strike porcelain clock in the form of a church bell retailed by Tiffany and Co., NY. This is a porcelain version of the bronze "Pater Noster" clock that we have sold in the past {there is also a mini brass in tomorrow's session}. Has a fancy trademark of the porcelain company inside the case. The circumference has 8 angels in relief, each playing a different musical instrument. where there is not damage, the porcelain ceramic case is in good condition. However, the handle has broken off and been glued back on and there is damage on the edge near the rear cover, and one foot has been reglued. Original ceramic dial is good {signed Tiffany and Co}, with just a small amount of ceramic loss outside of 8:30. The hands are original. Not for the meek, however this is worthy of sending out for porcelain repairs; see internet for services. Movement has a large lever platform spanning the round plates at top. Ht 12.5"
