refinished mahogany veneered case in very clean with some restoration. Gilding on the columns now gold painted. Tablet of Geo Washington is a replacement painted by Tom Moberg (signed}. Original painted dial is very nice. Hands are original. Key escutcheons have been replaced with wood veneer. Partial label inside case, showing first names, about 50% there. Note original shipping dowels remain in top of case {can be removed if desired} Good running order. Ht 34"
