someone applied masking tape to the brass cylinder and it dried there; we spent 30 minutes trying to get it off for the foto. Wall bracket is intact. Dial /chapter needed is around 4 1/2 inches in diameter, best is to correspond with someone who has one. Diameter of wheel = 6.5" Water wheel does turn OK, and with Dorne plaque and information.
