case has been stripped and waxed but no new finish applied, the painted dial is flaking, the multicolor gilt, black, red and green transfer on the glass is in good condition with less than 10% loss, pendulum is an F/S Indicator model and the label is 95% present and very dark but still legible. Ht 20"
