E. Howard Clock Co., Boston, MARBLE DIAL clock in a square mahogany case with 16 inch round marble dial, inscribed for the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Sept 24, 1920, the mahogany case measuring 22 inches on each side.

this is a local Massachusetts clock that has never left the state and is in virtually like new condition, came from an Odd Fellows lodge in central Mass. The movement has been cleaned and is in excellent running order. We removed the pendulum [now inside case] and the weight [now outside case] after the foto to avoid transportation damage. The finish on the case is exceptionally nice and the dial with only modest wear commensurate with the age of the piece. The robust movement is marked for 8 3/4 inch pendulum [exactly what it has], and is complete with Geneva stop-work and external F/S adjustment. Note end of cord hooks onto left side of weight after passing through 2 pulleys. Case hanger has been positioned on back to allow for the center of gravity when the weight is on. the Odd Fellows long-term goal is: "To Improve and Elevate the Character of Mankind" Ht 22"
