there is minor wear to the paper dial, which has lost its gloss in some places due to setting the hands, now starting to darken in those areas, and one very small nick the brass pendulum bob. Otherwise this clock is in outstanding original condition, and sure to please the most discriminating Seth Thomas collector. This is one of the few Seth Thomas clock produced with a paper dial. Interestingly the movements in this model bear a serial number, this one 585; the one in Ly's reference book is No. 481. Ht 58.5"
