the case hanger has been replaced [this one is large and will not fail]. The graining came off the top bezel when the case was refinished. The movement was cleaned and adjusted in 2006, a note by the repairman on the calendar mov't. The label is very good+ and the original painted dial is excellent; note it retains the 1871 patent info {see Ly's calendar book, pages 46--53}, seems to run and strike OK. Ht 30".
