the case has been refinished at some time, and some areas of finish are deteriorating. There may have been a small carved top trim that is now absent. The door has warped a bit due to dryness and bows outward and will no longer latch; does not affect the running, but you will need to attend to this. Dial is perfect. Overall very clean; from a home in Maine. Strike-silent lever intact. Pend bob is smooth -near perfect, light in foto is only reflection. Ht 45"
